The Kane KM9106 Quintox portable gas analyser and
emissions monitor has established itself as the most cost effective and versatile portable analyser. From its most basic form as a boiler tuning
analyser it provides a versatile and cost effective platform that allows enhancements up to a fully portable semi-continuous emissions monitoring
system.
The Kane KM9106 Quintox gas analyser measures oxygen, flue and nett temperature and calculates carbon dioxide, boiler efficiency, excess air and losses. Carbon monoxide is measured with a hydrogen compensated sensor for increased accuracy. The Kane KM9106 also calculates CO/CO2 ratio (The Poison Index) to give complete readings for effective boiler analysis and safety.
With the addition of an extra sensor, nitric oxide (NO) can be measured and the total NOx can be calculated. For more accurate pollution analysis optional NO2 and SO2 sensors can be fitted at the time of purchase.
The Kane Quintox emissions analyser can be further enhanced with the addition of a high range carbon monoxide sensor, pressure sensor and an infra-red sensor for measuring carbon dioxide directly as well as hydrocarbons.
The Kane KM9106 has a memory to store over 2000 readings which can be printed directly via the integral printer or can be transfered to a PC using the optional Fireworks software.
