Value Added Tax

Overseas customers may request a Google Checkout invoice, just email us with your requirements, VAT details if applicable and full postal details, we will forward a Google Checkout invoice by return.

Shipping locations
Unless otherwise stated, United Kingdom, European Union and the rest of the world.
**JMW regret that due to the high cost of Public/Product Liability Insurance, we can no longer ship to the United States or Canada.

Customer service and returns policy
Full refund if you are not delighted with your purchase. Returns only accepted within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for returns at own expense. All new items supplied with full manufacturers warranty, or equivalent. All refurbished equipment supplied with a full 6 month warranty.

Credit facilities
Credit facilities may be made available for regular repeat business customers subject to acceptance of JMW's standard terms and conditions of sale (copy available on request).
Note: The first order on all new accounts will always be expected to be settled on a proforma invoice basis.
